There is currently an issue with shop emails being sent to BTYahoo email addresses.

If you are using a BT or Yahoo email address and place an order please open a support ticket immediately after payment and we will manually issue your download code(s).


My download code doesn’t work

When you put your code into the box to start your download it’s best to copy and paste it directly from the email that you received after your payment was confirmed.

If your code will not work please check the following things:

  • When you copied the code from your email you didn’t accidentally include extra spaces from the start or end of the code.
  • You are only copying the code (the random selection of characters and numbers after the colon) and haven’t included the product name.

If you are still experiencing problems please open a helpdesk ticket or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and make sure you mention your name and order number to allow us to check or resend your download details as required.
